Tax relief schemes and allowances for furnished holiday lettings have been available in the UK since the 1980s until the last Government closed the scheme with effect from 6th April 2010. Hoer, the Coaliion Government has decided to continue the scheme albeit with anticipated chages set to become effective from 6th April 2011.
